Flex HA Wafers Equine Joint Supplements - Majestys Recommended for support of bones, joints and cartilage. Know they are getting the right amount! These unique highly palatable wafers were developed by horse people for horse people who experience the difficulty and waste of supplementing with powders or liquids.
Reprinted from the Horse Supplements Blog:
"Majesty's Flex HA Wafers joint supplements are proving popular with thoroughbred trainers in Northern California. The reason is simple, these wafers are a powerful, broad spectrum horse supplement containing Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Yucca, Ascorbic Acid, and Hyaluronic Acid. So just what do these active ingredients contribute?
Glucosamine--Aids in slowing cartilage breakdown, lowers pain and inflammation, and promotes cartilage repair. Particularly effective when combined with its partner, chondroitin.
Chondroitin--A positive but slow-acting repairer of cartilage and reduces pain. Synergistic effects magnified when combined with glucosamin.
MSM--AKA methylsufonylmethane, significantly lowers pain and inflammation of joints.
Yucca--Used for years by Native Americans to treat many maladies, yucca promotes blood circulation and aids in joint repair and healing.
Ascorbic Acid--AKA Vitamin C, is effective in bolstering the immune system of horses and humans, alike. Since the number one joint killer is arthritis, an auto-immune disease, it makes sense the addition of Vitamin C to a horse's diet will not only help his overall immune system, but could also help prevent the formation of arthritis in critical joint areas.
Hyaluronic Acid--AKA HA is a very expensive component which makes any product containing this ingredient somewhat pricey. HA rapidly lowers pain and inflammation of the joints. This synthesized form of naturally occurring joint lubricating fluid is also present in the cartilage itself.
Majesty's Flex HA Wafers effectively combines all the above ingredients in a multigrain/fruit/molasses wafer that makes feeding a breeze. Simply open the resealable bag and drop a wafer into the feed bucket--no measuring multiple scoops of this and that.
Best of all is the price. A bag of 60 wafers is $59.99. So, for about a buck a day, you can help reduce pain and inflammation of your horse's joints while retarding the affects of the aging process. We haven't found a product on the market that contains so much, for so little.
We are currently delivering a great deal of this product and other equine supplies to several NorCal thoroughbred trainers who have found the effectiveness, price, and ease of use to be an irresistable combination that equals tremendous VALUE! Give Flex HA a try--it will become the hub of your equine nutrition program."

| | 9/15/2007--Joints! Arghh! They are the number one problem at the track, show arena, rodeo, you name it. Knees and ankles are the weak links. Bone chips, scoring, and arthritis are major issues.
Joints are serious business. TFR stable has recently switched the entire barn to this supplement! Majesty's Flex HA Wafers are at the top of our list for a number of reasons:
First, check out the ingredients. Each is a powerful joint-related supplement known to either preserve or enhance mobility of joints. One can buy each of these separately but Flex HA has them all in one dose. This product is truly a broad-spectrum joint supplement.
Second, cost, HA only products are all the rage in the marketplace. They are also very, very expensive. Flex HA Wafers offer the same amount of HA as the big-name brands at a third to half the cost.
Third, with Flex HA being essentially a cookie, its very easy to administer. No measuring, no squirting, no mess, just throw one in each feed bucket. Even the most inexperienced stable hand can get it right.
Flex HA also contains molasses and various grains for palatability. Picky eaters may take 3 days to a week before they accept it. We put Flex HA in with the morning feed. If it is left, we simply grind it up by hand and mix it into the second feeding of the day. Repeat for day two, and so forth, until the horse eats it on the first feeding of the day.
