SHIPPING:
Our daily goal is to ship all orders placed before 2 pm PST the same day. In fact, 97% of all incoming orders are shipped within one business day. Our shipping options are designed to meet almost everyone's needs:
UPS GROUND:
Weight-based shipping calculated in real time for customers located within the Continental USA. UPS provides very consistent service throughout the US.
USPS PRIORITY:
Calculated in real time on our order page. While PRIORITY shipments can be faster than ground shipments, the USPS does not guarantee delivery times. USPS tracking is included on Priority Packages but their tracking information is spotty. We recommend using UPS Ground where possible. Overseas US territories are charged Priority Postage + $10.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Is available, please call for rates.
Foreign Orders:
Equine supplements cannot be shipped outside of the USA due to foreign Customs intervention. Sorry.
RETURN POLICY:
Any order discrepancies (i.e. missing item, defect, etc.) must be reported within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise to qualify for return. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VICTORY EQUINE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call our Customer Service Department (209-845-2114) if you need to return an item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to return defective or non-defective merchandise back to Victory Equine. There is a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective merchandise. Returned non-defective merchandise must be in the original packaging, packed just like it came from the manufacturer, and be in re-salable condition.

A. Victory Equine uses the latest technology available to insure a safe and secure online experience. We do not share your personal information with anyone.
Q. Most online stores are simply side-businesses run by folks working out of their home. I don't want my cc info going to somebody's back bedroom. Is your business arranged like this?
A. HEAVENS NO!! Victory Equine, Inc. is a registered California corporation. Orders are processed securely in our central office then packed on site for immediate shipment.
Q. Do you have __________ in stock?
A. As a general rule, if you see it on the site, it is in stock. It is our policy to immediately remove items once we sell the last one and put them back up once we receive the reorder.
Q. How do I know _______ is any good?
A. At Victory, we actively use or have tested the quality of the products listed on our site on our own thoroughbreds. We will not carry products that do not perform as advertised.
