    Directions of Use: Hot weather/Moderate to heavy work: Administer one serving per day. For best results add one gallon of drinking water. Additinally, administer one serving mixed with one gallon of water immediately following competition/training session.

    Competition: To ensure proper electrolyte balance, administer one serving mixed with one gallon of water within 1 to 2 hours prior to competition (serving may be administered via stomach tube). Immediately following competition, administer one serving mixed with one gallon of drinking water. Offer untreated drinking water to ensure proper re-hydration.

    Cool weather/Heavy work: Administer one serving mixed with one gallon of drinking water immediately following competition/training.
